Senior Marketing Content Manager

The role’s main purpose is to own the marketing support delivered for AXA IM Select in Japan, with a focus on content creation on products and education. The role will report to the Global Head of Marketing & Creative, and will work closely with the Head of Japan Unit Linked Distribution for Japan to identify and agree priority activity for the Japanese market and work with the transversal marketing functions (digital & design) as appropriate to implement this activity.

Key roles and responsibilities :

• Support the Global Head of Marketing & Creative to deliver the overall marketing strategy for Japan, including leveraging global content initiatives and campaigns when appropriate.
• Work closely with the single point of contact (SPOC – Head of Japan Unit Linked Distribution in the distribution team) for Japan as well as the local AXA entity to understand the product and education priorities for the Japanese market and deliver marketing content and activity to support.
• Ownership for the creation of product marketing content for priority products for Japan pitched at retail clients across various formats including pitch decks, sales aids, video etc. as applicable
• Responsibility for creating educational content and programs that are delivered in line with AXA Japan’s needs to upskill local distribution teams
• Support across tactical marketing initiatives including local events, campaigns and sponsorships.
• Work closely with wider marketing teams (digital and creative studio) and other functional teams to deliver best in class marketing and take advantage of the opportunities in the market.
• Responsibility for curating key investment topics and areas of content focus for Japan and representing these at the Monthly Global Editorial Committee meetings.
• Support on the localization of global marketing initiatives in line with the global marketing plan where relevant
