Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Assistant to support our Sales team in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, assist with sales operations, and help maintain strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support : Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, updating sales records, and coordinating sales meetings and events.
Sales Operations : Assist with sales operations, including processing and following up Bos / Quotations, P / O, project execution, and coordinating with other departments to provide real time data for Sales team to ensure smooth sales operations.
Sales Reporting : Prepare and analyze sales reports to help the sales team identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Communication : Ensure effective communication between the sales team, customers, and other departments to ensure that sales operations run smoothly and efficiently.
