Job Description

ADASソフトウェア製品の品質をVnVテストを通して保証する重要な役割を担います.顧客の要求仕様に基づき,機能および性能検証のためのテストをベンチ試験器またはテスト車両を用いて実施します.また,機能に不具合が発生した時には,原因特定および修正作業のサポートを行います.さらに,必要に応じてテストプロセスの改善を行い,製品の信頼性

1. VnVテストのコーディネーション(テスト日程 / 作業調整等) 2. VnVテストベンチおよびテスト環境の構築 3. 車両およびテストベンチを用いたVnVテストの実施 4. 不具合事象のベンチ試験器での再現試験の実施 5. VnVテストストラテジーの策定(テストプロセスの改善を含む) 国内外の関連部署(インド,ベトナム,ドイツ等)と連携して業務を進めます.顧客に対しては,ソフトウェア品質に関するVnVテストおよび結果報告の技術窓口を担当します.

A. テストコーディネーター :

VnVテスト全体の進捗を管理し,必要に応じてリソースの調整を行うことで,VnVテストが円滑に進むように活動を推進します.リーダーシップを発揮し,プロジェクト進捗のサポート,チームメンバーの調整,課題解決に尽力します.顧客に対しては,技術要件や課題,VnVテストおよびその結果に関する技術窓口を担当します.

B. テストエンジニア :

VnVテストを実施し,品質を確認します.リーダーシップを発揮し,VnVテスト作業を推進します.顧客に対しては,VnVテスト環境やVnVテスト作業に関する技術窓口を担当します.

VnVテストのコーディネート,テストベンチの構築,ベンチ試験の実施等を,チーム内外のメンバーと連携して実施し,製品品質向上に努めています.また,インド,ベトナム,ドイツのスタッフと日常的に意見交換を行い,国際的な視点でのアイデア

Qualifications

a. 機械工学,電子 / 電気工学,情報工学,システム工学分野の学士号または修士号取得者,あるいは同等の学力をお持ちの方 b. コンピュータサイエンス,自動車技術,品質管理,プロジェクト管理,統計学に関する知識があれば尚可

c. 顧客に技術説明ができるレベルの日本語力 d. 海外エンジニアと技術的な会話ができるレベルの英語力

a. ソフトウェア開発プロセス,ソフトウェアテスト経験 b. 自動車業界,産業用機器等の組込みシステム開発経験 c. ソフトウェア品質管理,テスト計画策定経験 d. プロジェクト管理,チームリーダーシップ,顧客折衝経験

e. プログラミング言語(C,C++,Python等)の実務経験 f. 組込みシステム開発におけるソフトウェアテストツール使用経験 g. テスト自動化ツール(Selenium,Jenkins等)の使用経験 h. バージョン管理ツール(Git,SVN等)の使用経験 i. テストケース設計,テストスクリプト作成経験 j. Vectorツール使用経験 k. シミュレーションツール(CarMaker,CarSim等)の使用経験
