Support change process (Management of
Change) from quality perspective, ensuring product quality
Lead
problem solving teams to resolve customer complaints and internal nonconformities, and provide appropriate training to
internal stakeholders.
Identify and implement opportunities
for process optimization within the quality department.
Conduct
statistical analysis for Quality
Management
of Customer Specification
Complete and manage any assigned
projects determined by the departmental Manager, Supervisor, and Leads.
Communicate with various internal
functions and execute the implementation of regulation
changes.
Lead others, including
delegation of activities, to successfully complete projects and investigations
