Job descriptionMonitors, communicates and executes implementation of regulation changes. Provides appropriate training to internal customers as prevention measures in SHEQ area. Responsible for identification, determination of applicability and timely communication of potential impact in SHEQ area SHEQ management systems SHEQ international standards incident investigation root-cause-analysis environmental impact assessment behaviour / culture based safety risk assessment, HAZOP occupational health & safety continuous improvement six sigma, DMAIC Globally wellbeing standards with health and preventive care programs Gender-neutral parental leave for a minimum of 8 weeks Employee Share Plan with voluntary investment and Henkel matching shares Retirement Pension Plan (Corporate DC and CB composition) Sick Leave Group Term Life Insurance Supplementary Workers' Accident Insurance
