Roles & Responsibilities :
- Manage global team who are supporting Leading Japanese multinational automotive manufacturer.
Management Activities
Take ownership of the entire Work Packages being executed for the interaction with onsite Quest Project ManagersCoordinate activities of global team members and facilitate the following : Defining project scope and objectivesDevelop detailed project plans and schedules, Planning of resources. Manage / Coordinate other resource requirements – System, Environment execution plans through to completion, globally.Interact with customer managers to understand road roadmap creation and related tasks aligned with customer road map.Escalation management- Identify, assess, and manage issues to the success of the project, know when escalation is periodic meetings with customers.Coordinate Management Review Meetings at regular intervalsCoordinate weekly project tracking meetings with customers.Support Sales activities towards expanding the business.Work with sales in providing proactive proposals that align with customer road map.Participate in customer discussions for proactive proposals, budget finalization. Creating, taking ownership and tracking proposals.Required Skills (Technical Competency) :
Overall IT Industrial experience of 15+ years with 10 years of experience in Project / Program ManagementExperience in Automotive domain 5+ years.Excellent customer facing experience. Good customer communication, tracking, follow up and process management skills.Proven experience in people management across multiple teams, across time zonesExperience with process implementation, rollout, tracking progress of these processes.Fluent communication with internal / customer in both English and JapaneseExcellent people and communication skills.Working with Global team (Cross cultural, cross functional communication) experience.
