As Data Program Manager , you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the Data, Insights & Analytics (DI&A) uplift program . You will oversee the delivery of multiple data and analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, active stakeholder engagement, and high standards of governance and reporting.
Your missions
Program Oversight
Manage the overall DI&A program roadmap across diverse workstreams such as data products, AI use cases, and governance.
Track interdependencies, prioritize activities, and align with commercial and strategic objectives.
Project Management
Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of data and analytics projects.
Maintain accurate project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
Monitor delivery milestones, KPIs, and continuously assess project performance.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders (Insights, IT, Commercial) and external vendors.
Organize regular updates and communications with leadership, sponsors, and key contributors.
Risk & Issue Management
Identify blockers early in the project lifecycle and drive resolution through appropriate channels.
Proactively escalate critical risks, providing structured mitigation strategies.
Governance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to data governance, compliance, and data quality frameworks.
Deliver structured reporting, dashboards, and documentation for steering committees and governance forums.
Your profile
Experience in managing data, analytics, or digital transformation programs (7+ years).
Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on-time and on-budget.
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Familiarity with data platforms, analytics tools, and AI concepts.
Academic background : Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proficient in tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, Excel, and Power BI.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
You are structured, outcome-driven, and proactive in your approach to leadership.
You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing across all levels of the organization.
