Description
As the Rigging Lead, you will support animators and collaborate with external vendors to produce high-quality rigs. Your main responsibilities include :
1. Reviewing existing rig proposals and establishing the final rig specifications and direction for the project.
2. Managing the quality of rigging work provided by external vendors to ensure it meets project requirements.
3. Developing and maintaining rigging-related tools.
4. (Optional) Solving issues in the pipeline from motion capture to Maya to Unreal Engine through tool development.
5. (Optional) Building and maintaining the LiveLink tool workflow based on existing tools.
Who We Look For
Mayaにおけるリギング関連ツールの開発経験
Mayaを用いたリギングの実務経験(3年)
Perforce等のバージョン管理ツールの使用経験
Unreal Engine用プラグインの開発経験
Blendshape、Pose Driver等のMayaおよびUEへの実装経験
Application Requirements
Required Skills :
Experience developing rigging-related tools in Maya
At least 3 years of hands-on rigging experience using Maya
Experience using version control tools such as Perforce
Preferred Skills (Optional) :
Experience developing plugins for Unreal Engine
Experience using motion capture systems
Experience implementing helper bones, blendshapes, and pose drivers in both Maya and Unreal Engine
