AI Services Supervisory Department (AISSD) provides AI anddata science initiatives by leveraging Rakuten group’s data. The department has international culture created by excellent employees joined around the world and provides the cutting-edge data science. Following the strategic vision “Rakuten as a data-driven membership company”, AISSD is expanding our data activities across our multiple Rakuten group companies.

Position Details

In this role, you will be actively involved in delivering solutions to our client companies through consulting and project management, utilizing our proprietary data, technology (Rakuten AI for Business), and client data. Your responsibilities will include :

• Identifying use cases based on client requirements and proposing the optimal AI solution
• Defining business requirements customized for each client
• Communicating these requirements to our data scientist and data engineer teams, while managing project progress.
