Nutanix is currently seeking passionate and creative marketers to join our team as Partner Marketing Managers in Japan. Nutanix operates a partner business with global alliance partners, OEM partners, resellers, distributors, and more. In this role, you will drive demand and pipeline growth and expand the partner business based on annual and quarterly business strategies and budgets. Aligned with Nutanix's partner business strategy, you will collaborate with the Japan Partner Business Group, APJ Partner Marketing, and APJ Partner Business Lead to plan and execute partner marketing plans and activities that drive the success and growth of Nutanix's partners and partner business. This role offers the opportunity to build a business career within a global company. In this role, you will focus on end customers, leverage your strong planning and execution skills, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and engage in co-marketing with partners to drive business and utilize your co-creation and business development mindset. Through this role, you will have the opportunity to dynamically shape the platform business and find fulfillment in your work.
This position reports to the Japan Marketing Director and works closely with the Partner Sales Team, regional, and corporate marketing teams to execute initiatives.

Your Role
This role involves collaborating with partners to contribute to the growth and success of their businesses and to the expansion of the company's business and success.
Collaborate with regional partner sales leaders to identify business priorities and plan partner marketing initiatives.Develop and execute scalable marketing strategies and activities to drive awareness, demand and pipeline through Partners.Innovate and build best-in-class partner marketing and motions (with OEM, Alliance, SI Partners) to grow market share collaborating with APJ partner marketing lead and each field partner business leaders.Build strong relationships with partners, create marketing plans with top tier partners.Apply resourcefulness to come up with new ideas and programs to drive partner-sourced pipeline and deal registrations.Measure campaign impact through SFDC reporting, evaluate Partner campaign ROI, and present recommendations for improvement.Plan and manage the budget and MDF.Tailor global digital campaigns to partner requirements and assist Partners with implementation (email, social, inbound) via our Marketing Concierge Specialists.What You Will Bring
5+ years’ experience of partner marketing or partner sales or partner business development of BtoB businesses in the Japanese IT industry.Working experience with different types of partner routes to market like resellers, distributors, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), technology alliances, system integrators (SIs), service providers (SPs) and cloud partners.Ability to think strategically while implementing tactically, balancing longer-term ambitions with current capacity and demands.Understanding of ROMI and marketing funnels .Experience in developing compelling joint content and working knowledge of digital marketing and social media.Experience of working closely with customer segments, internal cross-functional teams, external agencies and industry associations.Writing and communication skills; ability to summarize important insights, executive summary or report for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.Be a natural team player and have a desire to work with others for broader success.The fluid ability to operate in a rapidly changing, ambiguous and undefined environment.Language skills in EnglishTool experience
