Your role :

As Head of Enterprise Informatics, you will be responsible for driving superior customer value by developing and executing the go-to-market approach to reach prioritized customer segments and ensure profitability and growth of Enterprise Informatics in alignment with the Region / Market Business and overall Regional Marketing strategy.

Responsibilities : Sales & Commercial

  • Drive the Portfolio of Products, Solutions and Services and Business Strategy in the Market.
  • Develop and execute a market growth plan in close partnership with the global businesses
  • Develop and implement sales account strategies in cooperation with the Head of Sales to meet financial objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize Key Opinion Leaders for portfolios, driving KOL engagement
  • Support the Head of Marketing (and Events team) for customer events / webinars / visits to generate new leads / prospects and / or for Customer Loyalty activities
  • Enable sales teams with background knowledge, market insights, customer segment behavioral trends, competitive insights, instruments, and tools to help them in maximizing existing and potential business opportunities
  • Support the Business by providing inputs and reviewing the value proposition and region plans / roadmaps in the product development phase
  • Drive customer satisfaction by a proper understanding of market evolution and providing the winning sales propositions, based on local needs, followed by an optimized portfolio of products, solutions and services.
  • Build a strong relationship with external stakeholders including partners and providers to make sure to develop and deliver our products and / or solutions.

  • To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following :

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of industry experience in marketing technology, healthcare or MedTech products or solutions
  • Experience with leading a cross functional team and work in a business with complex market / channel structures.
  • Experience in P&L management
  • Ability to build and manage sales-focused organization
  • Analytical data driven and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to influence all levels of stakeholders.

    1600万~1900万円+ インセンティブ (ご経験により考慮します)

    3月に支給。(会社業績、部門業績、個人評価によって変動あり)
