The Field Service Supervisor Candidate for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for whole Customer Service Support agenda of Beckman Coulter KK. Supervisor is a candidate of next Service Manager and also have responsible for people management same as Service Managers. Super Visor candidate is learn for Beckman products as an engineer 2-3 years then start people management Job as a supervisor. Supervisor also responsible end customer support especially important customers.

This position is part of the Beckman Coulter Japan Diagnostics West Field Service team located in Nagoya and will be remote work at Beckman Coulter. Our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Beckman Coulter Diagnostics West Field Service and manage Nagoya area Field Service staff. You will report to DX West Field Service Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

• Manage the overall customer support team In Central area(Nagoya, Kanazawa and Shizuoka) including people management in near future.
• Learn several product line instruments maintenance skills.
• Work with other Customer Support organizations such as Field Application Specialists, Technical Support and Call Center.
• Manage Internal Audit and ISO Audit with development of countermeasures.
• Manage Area Service Targets and KPIs.
• Development for Team members.
