Job descriptionJob Description : Sales Manager - Japan Location : Tokyo, Japan Reporting to : Regional Sales Director Job Type : Full-time, Permanent Start Date : ASAP Responsibilities : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the Japanese market. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners. Promote and present the company's industrial robot solutions to potential clients. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, engineering, etc.) to ensure customer needs are met. Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide regular reports. Support customer after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements : Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in engineering, business, or related fields. 5+ years experience in industrial robotics or automation equipment sales, with a proven track record in the Japanese market. Strong communication skills in Japanese and English, with the ability to present technical solutions to customers. Self-driven, goal-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Willingness to travel frequently within Japan for customer visits. Preferred Background : Experience with leading multinational companies in industrial robotics or related fields. Familiar with Japanese business culture and sales practices. Network of key customers or distributors in Japan.
