The general flow of our interview process is as follows. Please note depending on the position this may change.

Screening 1st interview 2nd interview offer stage (including reference check)

Hybrid working with recommended 2-3 days in the office.

40 hour work week, 10am-15pm core time

The IKEA Japan head office is on the 5th floor of the Tokyo-Bay store. The style of working is hybrid; we are welcomed to work in the office 2-3 times a week and work from home the remainder. The office is a bright, open collaboration space (of course IKEA furnished!). We embrace challenges, trying new things, making mistakes in the process and learning from them.

Here in Japan, we currently have 12 stores, and still expanding. We want YOU to join us help continue the Life at Home revolution!

• Full-time regular employee- 40 hours per week contract
