About this Position
本ポジションでは、ヘアケアまたはヘアカラーカテゴリーにおけるブランド戦略の構築から、サロン向け販促施策の企画・実行、社内外向けマーケティング資料の作成まで、マーケティング業務全般を担っていただきます。サロンビジネスに深く関わり、ブランド価値の最大化を目指す重要な役割です。
What you´ll do
- ヘアケア、またはヘアカラーカテゴリーのブランド戦略の立案・実行
- 代理店およびサロン向けの販売促進施策・アクティベーション企画の開発
- 店頭POP・ビジュアル・メニューなどのマーケティングツールの制作管理
- 社内外向けの企画書・提案資料・年間計画書の作成
- 商品情報の説明資料や導入実績紹介などのコンテンツ作成
- 社内：NPD（新製品開発）チーム、PPS（プロフェッショナルサービス）チーム、営業チーム；社外：広告代理店、代理店パートナー、サロン取引先、インフルエンサー、タレント、講演講師 などの連携
