Responsibilities

Manage and expand sales of Non-Yen flow rate products to Japanese financial institutions.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective market coverage.
Work closely with trading and structuring teams to tailor rate products to client needs.
Provide market updates and product rmendations to clients in a timely manner.
Support revenue generation efforts while adhering to regulatory andpliance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience :

Minimum 3 years in Non-Yen Rate Sales within an investment banking environment in Japan.

Industry Knowledge :

Solid understanding of rate flow products and global markets.

Soft Skills :

Client-facing mindset with strongmunication and relationship-building skills.

Language Requirements

Japanese : Native level (spoken and written).

English : Intermediate to business-level proficiency.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience covering Japanese institutional clients.

Proven ability to navigate cross-functional teams in a global banking environment.
