Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand sales of Non-Yen flow rate products to Japanese financial institutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective market coverage.
  • Work closely with trading and structuring teams to tailor rate products to client needs.
  • Provide market updates and product rmendations to clients in a timely manner.
  • Support revenue generation efforts while adhering to regulatory andpliance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience :

  • Minimum 3 years in Non-Yen Rate Sales within an investment banking environment in Japan.

    • Industry Knowledge :

  • Solid understanding of rate flow products and global markets.

    • Soft Skills :

  • Client-facing mindset with strongmunication and relationship-building skills.

    • Language Requirements

  • Japanese : Native level (spoken and written).
  • English : Intermediate to business-level proficiency.

    • Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience covering Japanese institutional clients.
  • Proven ability to navigate cross-functional teams in a global banking environment.
