Responsibilities
- Understand the insurance business, system landscape, get engaged in projects, solve business problems
- Works closely with the architects and business analysts to produce the System requirement specifications deliverable
- Defines technical solutions for business requirements to maximize efficiencies by leveraging the technology strategies to facilitate the system solution for requirements.
- Performs analysis to understand and communicate production problem patterns and suggests continuous improvements.
- Facilitates implementation of changes to existing applications
- Performing business analysis activities at the strategic, operational, and organizational level.
- Work on System Analysis effort estimation for various projects and manage delivery of the systems analysis work.

Out of total experience minimum 8 years of extensive hands-on experience in system specification developmentShould have experience for working insurance domain with minimum 3 yearsAbility to connect the functionality with data for various systems.Lead team internal and external (Vendor) team members and manage their outcomes.Experience of supporting technical teams’ size of 20-30Experience of interacting with business users and counterpart across markets / region / globalBilingual capability is not a must, but will certainly be a huge plusWhat can we offer you?
