Assistant TFA Manager

Responsibilities

• Understand the insurance business, system landscape, get engaged in projects, solve business problems
• Works closely with the architects and business analysts to produce the System requirement specifications deliverable
• Defines technical solutions for business requirements to maximize efficiencies by leveraging the technology strategies to facilitate the system solution for requirements.
• Performs analysis to understand and communicate production problem patterns and suggests continuous improvements.
• Facilitates implementation of changes to existing applications
• Performing business analysis activities at the strategic, operational, and organizational level.
• Work on System Analysis effort estimation for various projects and manage delivery of the systems analysis work.
