The Role
Liaison with regional sales and product leadership to develop the GTM strategy for Japan.
The Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and owning regional Marketing strategy and outcomes for Japan market
- Strategize and craft marketing campaigns to realise GTM strategy while maintaining optimum cost per lead ratio
- Identify prospective clients and build a strong sales pipeline for the Sales Managers using different marketing channels – LDR / cold - calling, email communications, LinkedIn, referrals and other direct marketing methods
- Find unique ways to attract the attention of C-level executives
- Initiate appointments with Sales team and sync-up with the respective Sales Manager to determine meeting output and follow up aggressively to close the deal
- Manage regional budgets and spends
- Track lead status on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to check performance against the marketing plan
- Own regional events planning, execution and outcomes
What We Look For in a Candidate
Minimum 5 years of Enteprise B2B experience in Regional Marketing in JapanExperience in Technology / Cybersecurity / Service provider segment preferredStrong experience of running Marketing campaignsGood writing and verbal communications skillsCompensation
