EPAM is looking for a motivated Solution Architect to make the team stronger. Solution Architects at EPAM analyze the clients business goals for the new product and studies the requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work in stand-alone mode on technical pre-sale activity
• Identify gaps in delivery capabilities and proposes solutions to overcome them
• Conduct meetings and interviews with the clients to clarify requirements and prepare the technical part of the proposal
• Provide guidance on the architecture to the project team as a trainer
• Find and evaluate emerging technologies
• Proactively analyze and measures current processes and practices and suggest/drive improvements to time to market/quality/cost

Requirements

• Have Enterprise Architecture theoretical knowledge
• Can process, absorb, retain, and reuse knowledge for several popular business domains
• Can create white papers and blueprints, commercial proposals
• Can lead the meeting of engineers, meeting with customer representatives, and architecture direction
• Native-Japanese communication (reading/writing/speaking), Business level English
