The Role

Corporate Security is a security expert responsible for the safety management of Kyndryl Japan's employees and facilities. Engaged in activities to protect company assets, such as entry / exit management, security system operation management, disaster response, general crisis management, and incident / accident response.

Collaborate with Asia-Pacific and global teams to ensure compliance with global governance, understand Kyndryl Japan's business / environment, and lead the appropriate and efficient implementation of security policies and technologies in Japan.

Provides one, or a combination of disciplines responsible for supporting components of the organization's Corporate Security program including physical security, emergency planning, data privacy, information protection, and incident management. Aids management in protecting people, property, and information. The physical security element ensures a safe and secure environment for people and property through a number of measures. Conducts risk analysis of proposed and existing company sites and examines internal and external threats to aid management in determining where to situate and what, if any, additional security measures are warranted for a given site. The Data Privacy and information protection element ensures a safe and secure system environment for client information as well as the organization's information. Conducts risk analysis of proposed and existing organizational processes as related to information security and protection and incident management. Conducts examinations of internal and external threats to aid management in determining what, if any, additional security measures are warranted for the organization. May also play a role in the dissemination of Security educational materials. Develop global security policies and procedures.

Who You Are

MS OfficeツールおよびOA機器の使用に慣れていること

• Knowledge and experience in corporate security governance
• Basic knowledge of physical security operation, management, equipment and technology
• Experience in project management for global system / process implementation
• Knowledge and experience in crisis management, disaster response, and overall business continuity
• Experience in dealing with incidents, accidents, investigations, etc., such as violation of company regulations
• Overall communication skills in English (remote meetings with security personnel from Asia, Europe, and the United States, discussions by email, reports, etc.)
• Communication and management skills necessary for business collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendors (guarding, security systems)
• Familiarity with MS office tools and OA
• Fluency in Japanese is required.
