For one of our clients, we are looking for a Business Development Manager, Direct Sales (APAC), remotely from Japan.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales cycle of non-custodial staking products in the APAC region, specifically focusing on Japan. You will engage with institutional clients like VC firms, hedge funds, ETFs, ETPs, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. The role will involve proactive outreach, relationship-building, and deal management, working cross-functionally with internal teams such as product, legal, and research to ensure successful deal closures. If you are a motivated, results-driven professional with a passion for crypto, blockchain, and fintech, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing industry.
Accountabilities :
- Lead direct sales efforts for non-custodial staking products within the Japan market, from cold outreach to deal closure.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with institutional clients including VCs, hedge funds, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions by collaborating with internal teams, including product, legal, and research departments.
- Own the full sales cycle, ensuring smooth coordination from initial contact through contract signing and payment receipt.
- Continuously identify new opportunities for growth and develop innovative strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
