DUTIES
F&B Secretary is responsible for providing full secretarial and administrative support under the guidance of Director of F&B & Assistant Director of F&B in accordance with the objectives, performances and quality standards established by Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. Ensure the seamless creation and management of documents, menus, and letters related to the F&B Division

Customer Loyalty :
Takes minutes of major meetings as requested by DOFB & ADOFB
DOFB & ADOFBの依頼に基づき議事録をとる。
Maintains appointment schedule for DOFB for both inside and outside of the hotel
DOFBのスケジュール管理
General Duties :
Maintains a comprehensive filing system for F&B
Must be well-versed with the hotel policies and updates F&B Division Manual and Job Description for the most updated.
Job Descriptionを最新状態に管理
Records training records for the F&B Division colleagues
Ordering and maintaining office supplies for the team
Requirements :
Japanese native with oral and written proficiency in English and Japanese
Minimum 2 years as secretarial position preferred in luxury hotels.
2年のラグジュアリホテルでのセクレタリー経験望ましい
2 year as F&B experience advantage
2年程度のホテル料飲部でのオペレーション経験者優遇
