What you’ll achieve

As the Senior Director, Alliances for Japan, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer, industry, government, and partner relationships at strategic levels while owning the sales management of all aspects of the business.

You will :

Lead the Global Alliance business, incorporating all System Integrator, Strategic Outsourcer, Cloud Service Provider and Telecoms engagement across Japan.
Manage and create a Partnership-Centric strategy to create solutions and practice development areas.
Understand the Japan competitive landscape and overall market dynamics, and use that knowledge to plan strategic investment and growth.
Work with senior executives across industry to understand their strategic initiatives and priorities.
Provides direction, development and inspiration to team members.
Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective organization.
Create, implement, and execute a Dell Technologies strategy for the Japan market in line with local, regional, and global priorities.

Essential Requirements

15 to 20 years of relevant experience with at least 8+ years of management / Leadership experience.

Extensive experience in building relationships and engaging with CxO-level clients.

High level of expertise in IT infrastructure solutions.

Proven experience in managing large teams.

Strong communication, leadership, collaboration, negotiation and executive presentation skills.

Capacity to influence and engage other internal teams and stakeholders.

Strong customer focus and background in working with external partners.

Experience in complex strategic accounts and customer negotiations

Alliances Cloud Technologies, Cloud Service Provider Technologies

Native level Japanese and Business level spoken English
