Asset management work related to the introduction of solar power generation on the roofs of our logistics facilities and data center facilities.
- Overall project business plan (budget review, construction plan, operation plan, budget creation, property value increase, control of various external contractors, budget management, income and expenditure analysis, etc.)
- Identification, confirmation and resolution of issues that arise in carrying out the project
- Install solar panels on ESR property
- Supply power to tenants
- Plan and work on the introduction of new energy such as self-consumption, VPPA, battery storage, hydrogen power generation, and hydrogen storage.
- Sell surplus electricity to TEPCO and new power companies
- Supply and buy / sell solar power between ESR warehouse properties
Contribute to CO2 reduction through natural energy development such as the use of new power, hydrogen power generation, and hydrogen storage
These business plans, planning and execution will be entrusted to you
Requirements
- AM 会社, PM会社又は会計事務所、不動産鑑定事務所等ファンド関連業務での勤務経験5年以上
- EXCEL ワークが得意な方
- Over 5 years business experiences as an asset manager, property manager, appraiser and accountant.
- Flexible business style is expecting to adopt a various management style regardless your experiences in the past or business area.
- Good at working with EXCEL
- Good at having communication smoothly with clients as well as with colleagues.
- Positive mind to expand your business experience and area in a developing company
- Experience in real estate development business or business under English communication is preferred.
