Annual salary : 10 Million and above

Responsibilities : Primary :

  • Deliver a million-dollar transition program
  • Manage onsite & offshore team to deliver the project on time, quality and budget.
  • Stakeholder Management - Senior level of client and offshore team
  • Work with client closely to resolve any issues.

Secondary :

  • Support sales team for exploring the business opportunities.
  • Support practices to improve capabilities, and methodologies.

    • Qualification :

  • Bilingual Japanese and English (professional Japanese (N1 or Native) and business English)
  • A large scale program management experiences
  • 5+ years Project management with onsite and offshore delivery model.
  • Experienced or familiar with IT outsourcing model and how to manage offshore team
  • Communication and presentation skills with senior management level.
  • Deep understanding of Agile software development.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills / experience.
  • Azure, Power BI or A.I skills or experience is preferred but not mandatory.

    • Language Skills : Fluent level Japanese (JLPT N1) and Business level English
