About the role

Technical activities management :

Technical support activities such as installation, maintenance, diagnosis, reparation of products / services. Prepare and ensure technical equipment, tools, and spare parts which are available and reliable to use

Technical assistance :

Guarantees the resolution of technical support inquiries post-sale troubleshooting and diagnostic support services to ensure that all products and services work properly.

Replacement parts :

Ensures the replacement of faulty electrical component / parts of client machines in order to preserve the continuity of its functionality and the reparation of the client components / parts trough the internal repair center environment.

Testing :

Coordinates the conduction of tests to ensure that repaired products meet technical specifications and ensures to inform product engineering department of recurring component failures, in order to improve the safety and the functionality of the products.

Customer satisfaction :

Prepare and coordinate with the group leader for installation activities, machine handover, the respect of the actions programs and the time arranged with the customer and the compliance with the quality and safety procedures, in order to maximize the customer satisfaction

Administration :

Guarantees the fulfilment of the internal administrative activities related to the technical services and the customer support service.

About role :

Electrical / Electronic engineer who will join Japan in order to carry on and develop new electronic projects deeply integrated in the machines will be purpose of this main responsibilities will be as follows :

• Join electronic projects for automatic machines;
• HW testing and maintenance;
• Field testing of the device in the workshop and at customer site worldwide;
• Prepare final documentation and guidelines.

The candidate must read an electrical diagram below, without integrated circuit, but how the components are linked to the others (example motor or safety switch or push button) and be able to test if the circuit is actually like the drawings. 候補者は集積回路なしで、コンポーネントが他のコンポーネント（モーター、安全スイッチ、プッシュボタンなど）とどのようにリンクされているかを示すこのような電気回路図を読み、回路が実際に図面どおりであるかどうかをテストする。

I suppose they need to read an electrical diagram and use a tester or multimeter like this :

In order to check the voltage (0-24 Vdc) or current (0-100mA). 電気回路図を読み取り、テスターやマルチメーターを使用できる事が必要。 電圧 (0-24 Vdc) または電流 (0-100 mA) を確認する。

Of course we will do a training about how to read our electrical diagrams and the instrument needed in our company but the candidate must understand the basic knowledge of the electrical circuits. 当社でも電気回路図の読み方や当社で必要な機器についてのトレーニングも行いますが、応募者は電気回路の基礎知識を理解している事が必要。
