職務内容の詳細Reporting to Head of Acquirer BD team of the country based in Japan, you will be responsible for overall acquirer operation. Will be responsible for developing and execute country acquirer strategies and plans to support business objectives and goals, including 2B and 2C metrics. Will lead several acquirers, for day-to-day account management, plan and execute merchants expand plans to drive transactions as well as merchant sales growth Will be responsible for end-to-end marketing operations; from merchant pitching with BD, merchant onboarding project management, marketing planning to campaign launch Will need to work with marketing team and mid-office team in Japan to execute the growth

What you'll need to succeed
- University Bachelor's degree and above in relevant fields such as business administration, marketing, information systems,puter science etc.
- Have a deep understanding of local market especially on inbound tourism category
- Familiarity with similar digitalisation solution product and its marketing approaches
- Relevant working experience of above 3 years, prefer to be in acquirers function for in an internet / digitalisation solution field.
- Excellent business sense, strong in abstract thinking and systematic thinking andmunication
