Department Overview
Rakuten Mobile is the fourth MNO (Mobile Network Operator) approved in Japan in 13 years to provide high quality mobile communication services at reasonable prices, and started full-scale services in April 2020.
In January 2023, the company will also begin full-fledged corporate services, striving to become the No. 1 carrier in the corporate sector as well.
In addition, as a core business that will play a key role in Rakuten Group's future growth, the company is making large-scale investments and is attracting a great deal of attention both inside and outside of Japan.
The NW Solution Business Department is in charge of developing mobile services for corporate clients by formulating sales policies and measures, analyzing sales, identifying issues to be addressed, and participating in the development of growth segments and growth companies, thereby raising the overall level of sales activities.
Mission of NW Solution Business Department
Create significant growth for Rakuten Group's corporate business by leveraging Rakuten Mobile's advanced network technology assets and synergies with Rakuten Group's businesses to develop and sell a new group of corporate network solution services.
