Job Description :

• Support the introduction / operation of Company standard R&D applications and Japanese local R&D applications from the perspective of the Information Systems Department.
• Company's support structure is as follows, and this position belongs to Level 1 Site Support.Level
• 1 : Site Support (Japan)
• Level 2 : IT / SSC Support (Japan)
• Level 3 : Group Support (France / India)
• Level 1 : Site Support will work with Japanese R&D key users and IT (infrastructure team) to introduce and deploy R&D applications to Japanese bases (sites).
• Receive improvement requests and requests for bug fixes from key users / end users, and respond at the site level, working with ITC / SSC and R&D Group Support as necessary.
