General Affairs Manager - (11M JPY, Healthcare)

We are looking for a General Affairs Manager to join a leading healthcare company in Tokyo.

This important role focuses on improving company processes and efficiency. We need someone who works well in a team and is eager to create positive change. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead digital transformation projects to improve business processes.
  • Improve employee engagement through effective services.
  • Streamline operations for better efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage facility and security to ensure compliance and cost savings.
  • Handle contracts and work with manufacturing teams on layout and supply.
  • Support company operations through strategic supply management.
  • Help with budget planning and work with HR on employee benefits.
  • Manage customer and guest interactions, including visits and gifts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 5-7 years of experience in general affairs management.
  • Proficient in business-level English.
  • Knowledge of legal, facility, and vendor management.
  • Ability to drive change and take ownership.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and a team player.
  • Interest in continuous improvement and industry trends.
