3M製品のスペックイン活動に注力している事業本部です。自動車産業というグローバルでも重要な産業の中で、3M製品を通して、お客様のニーズの把握・製品提案・課題解決を、製・販・技が一体となって日々活動しています。日本だけでなく、グローバルの各国3Mとも連携し、事業成長を牽引しています。

3M製品のスペックイン活動を担当。

3M製品および自動車構造の知識を持ち、顧客のニーズを把握し、的確な提案を行うソリューション提案型の営業です。

PCスキル（Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint）

B to B ビジネス営業経験3年以上

TOEIC600点以上もしくはビジネス英会話能力
