Client facing Sales for Voice Recording Services :
Provide voice recording services to clients using our state-of-the-art in-house Voice recording studio.
Key Duties
- Market Expansion : Conduct thorough research on customer and competitor trends, as well as new technological advancements in the domestic and international video game voice recording market.
- Develop and implement targeted promotional strategies for specific services or customer groups.
- Identify and engage potential target customers.
- Service Requirement Definition and Proposal : Conduct detailed client hearings to identify service requirements.
- Engage in proposal activities, including presentations and quotation submissions, leading to successful deal closures.
- Expand focus from predominantly Japanese game companies to include various other industries.
- Collaborate with domestic and international group companies to finalize service content based on client feedback.
- New Business / Service Planning and Development : Plan and develop new business ventures and services through market research, feasibility studies, business plan formulation, and leading launches.
Requirements
Over 5 years of experience in sales, client liaison, or production within the voice recording industry.Knowledge of player / customer support management.Excellent communication skills in Japanese with the ability to manage new projects independently, from appointment setting to service proposal and closing.Basic knowledge of using a CRM and PC software (Word, Excel)Proactive and responsible approach towards budget management.Passion for video games.Preferred Qualifications :
In-depth knowledge of the gaming industry or sales experience in the entertainment industry.Established network of contacts within the gaming industry.Experience in team coordination and team building.Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC score of 750 or higher).Ideal Candidate :
