Role & Responsibility :

  • Interview / meeting scheduling and arrangement
  • Position open, job posting, agent registration, interviewer and candidate registration on ATS
  • Report creation and presentation (MS Office, ChatGPT)
  • Admin support for onboarding process
  • Taleo operation
  • Procurement support : vendor registration and payment arrangement

    Qualifications

    Requirement :

  • must be fluent in Japanese, with advanced level English (Chinese speaking welcome)
  • familiar with MS Office (ChatGPT welcome)
  • experienced in admin support (EA / Assistant / RPO / TA / Recruiter welcome)
  • agile fast learner; independent thinker preferred
  • Great to have (Training can be provided)
