Responsibilities ）

Sustainable Assetsチームの一員として、不動産業界のクライアントに対し、以下のようなサステナビリティ関連サービスの提供を担当していただきます：

• LEED、WELLなど）、GRESB対応、ESG戦略立案支援
• LEEDやWELLなどの認証取得に必要な提出書類の作成（第三者審査に耐えうる品質）
• ESG、気候変動、サーキュラーエコノミー、再生可能エネルギー、サステナブルファイナンス、サプライチェーン、自然資本などに関するレポートや資料の作成
• ESG評価、気候関連開示（TCFD等）に関する文書の構成・執筆・編集・校正
