Workday Project Management Manager

Are you a leader with expertise in IT project management? We are looking for a Workday Project Management Manager to join our team in Tokyo, Japan. This role offers the chance to lead a talented team and work closely with HRIS Operations and IT in a high-tech, international environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and manage project plans, clearly defining scope, milestones, and timelines.
Allocate resources efficiently across multiple projects.
Work with internal teams and business partners to ensure project goals are aligned.
Identify and address potential project risks to ensure successful completion.
Lead quality assurance processes, including testing, to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications :

5+ years of experience managing HRIS or Workday projects, ideally within HR teams.

Solid understanding of core HR processes and systems.

Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

Clear communicator with the ability to bridge HR and technical teams.

Fluent in English; Japanese is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; PMP or similar certification preferred.
