Workday Project Management Manager

Job description5+ years of experience managing HRIS or Workday projects, ideally within HR teams. Solid understanding of core HR processes and systems. Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills. Clear communicator with the ability to bridge HR and technical teams. Fluent in English; Japanese is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; PMP or similar certification preferred.
Workday Project Management Manager

- Identify and address potential project risks to ensure successful completion.
- Lead quality assurance processes, including testing, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
