1.プロジェクト管理 : 品質要件を満たしていることを確認し、量産納入をスムーズに行えるように対応を行う

Valeo Service（以降VS） SQA マニュアルの要件を満たすために、プロジェクト活動が チームによって実行されるようにサポートします。

8 段階活動を実行（ VS SQA マニュアルで定義されます）。

o    サプライヤー選択時に監査を実施、評価します。

o    サプライヤーがヴァレオおよび法的要件に準拠していることを確認します。

o    要件ファイルへのサプライヤーから回答確認を行います。

o    製品検証計画を随時チェックし、エビデンスとなる書面を入手・確認します。

o    プロセス検証のためにサプライヤー監査を実施します。

o    初期サンプルの受け入れを行います。

o    初期流動活動を監視し、確実なる立ち上げ品質を確保します。

o    量産中の製品のパフォーマンスを確認・監視します。

2. 新製品登録 : 新製品導入時にワークフローに基づき、システム上の項目確認・登録を行う。ワークフローの活動を通じて製品検証を行う。

SQA ルールを基に新製品導入をワークフローを通じてパーツ番号をレビューおよび検証します。

3. 担当製品に関連するアクションアイテムの管理を行う

VS Daily Report で報告されるようにします。

1次報告24 時間以内、即時対応 / 5 日以内、計画的な対応 10 日以内、 Check Act / 30 日以内の終了) を確保し、これらの対応を達成するためのサポートを行います。

4. QCD活動の目標達成ため活動、その目標達成に貢献する

VSウィークリーレポート、マンスリーレポート / SQA PPBレポートを発行。

PPM と不具合情報を監視します。

1. New projects : ensure that assigned projects meet quality requirements to reach successful SOP

Ensure that all project activities are carried out by project teams to meet requirements of VS SQA manual.

Ensure a role of Quality project member for each project assigned. Provide quality support and coaching to the teams.

Support marketing department in order to define specifications for each product family.

Implement 8 stages of VS SQA manual :

o    Carry out the EVAL audit for supplier assessment during pre-selection of supplier.

o    Check supplier compliance to Valeo or legal requirements before sourcing committee.

o    Get supplier commitment to Valeo Requirement File.

o    Monitor supplier product validation plan and get quality documentation.

o    Carry out supplier audit for process validation.

o    Monitor acceptance of Initial Samples.

o    Monitor probationary period to secure flawless launch.

o    Monitor performance during life production.

2. Extension range : ensure product validation through Liberation workflow for each part number

Ensure that a product validation plan is defined for all extension range part numbers.

Review and validate each range extension part numbers through Liberation workflow in the right timing and according to SQA rules.

3. Ensure follow-up of all incidents related to product families assigned to SQA Engineer

Ensure with VS divisions that all incidents are recorded in SRM and reported with VS Red Daily Report.

Ensure incident reactivity ( QR within 24h / Plan Do within 5 days / Check Act within 10 days / Closure within 30 days ) with VS divisions and provide support to reach these targets.

Make sure that major quality issues are escalated and coordinated at branch level.

4. Contribute to reporting activities, in order to meet quality and deadlines targets

Contribute to VS Weekly report, Monthly report / SQA PPB Report.

Monitor PPM and reactivity level for suppliers within scope.
