About the role
As an Account Manager, you will strengthen relationships with our C-Level, Fortune 1000, and other large corporate clients. The role is a hybrid role which involves both sales and relationship management with important CSC customers, handling client issues as they arise, and strategically partnering with our largest customers.
This position requires someone who has got strong growth and sales mindset and at the same time an expert relationship builder. To be selected for this role, outstanding customer service / relationship management skills are a minimum requirement. This role would suit someone who understands the value of long-term relationships and seeking a career working with cutting edge technology and global internet branding.

What You'll Do For Us :
Relationship Management / Account Management (80%)
Building relationships with C-Level ExecutivesManaging customer relationships and driving growth in assigned accountsMaintaining relationships, lead account planning, and opportunity identificationPlanning, facilitating, and / or conducting negotiations for assigned accountsOpportunity prioritization and overall account planning for assigned accountsRevenue and customer satisfaction on assigned accountsDeep understanding of the customers' business goals and objectivesWorking on client briefs, holding face-to face client meetings, and telephone callsLiaising with CSC’s marketing team to create campaigns for your industry sectorMaintaining thorough up-to-date notes, leads, quotations, and contracts through CRM systemDeveloping effective client presentationsKeeping abreast of news in industry sectorNetworking by attending industry specific events and trade showsSharing sales, product knowledge, and ideas with other team membersSales (20%)
Drive, cross-sell and upsell opportunities for existing clients by closely collaborating with the sales team.Lead regular client meetings for initiatives such as domain transfer projects and brand monitoring services.Proactively engage in inside sales activities, including telemarketing and cold calling, while supporting broader sales efforts.Act as a liaison between sales and marketing to execute localized marketing plans in Japan, such as webinars, seminars, telemarketing campaigns, and event coordination.Support various sales initiatives and processes in the Japanese market by working hand-in-hand with the sales team.Take ownership of communication and coordination with both internal stakeholders and clients to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
A team-oriented professional with a start-up mindset who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and willing to take on multiple responsibilities (., “wearing multiple hats”).A quick learner with a proactive attitude and strong desire to grow and take initiative.Minimum of 3 years of experience in client management and at least 3 years in sales or business development, preferably in B2B or enterprise settings.Deep understanding of Japanese business culture and practices.Native-level proficiency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
