Description 【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】 This is a biologist position developing multi-functional antibodies for immuno-oncology therapy, including antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and multi-specific antibodies. 【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】 （雇入れ直後） -Lead research activities to generate high-quality clinical candidates through expertise on antibody engineering which includes designing engineered antibodies, generating antibodies, and establishment of in vitro assay to screen antibodies. - Lead proposal and establishment of competitive platforms on biologics-related modalities with internal and / or external stakeholders. （変更の範囲） 会社内での全ての業務 【就業環境に関する要件 / Specific Physical or Environmental Requirements】 This position is based in Tsukuba Research Center and will require on-site work. 【応募要件 / Qualifications】 ＜必須 / Must＞ - PhD with 5+ years or MS with 8+ years of relevant experience in biologics research - Desire and ability to work in cross-functional, flexible and team-oriented environment - Well-balanced communication skills (active & passive) in own language and in English ＜歓迎 / Want＞ - Experience of antibody-related modalities development such as multi-specific antibodies or antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) - Experience of oncology or immunology research. - Experience of patent application - Experience in antibody generation in projects that have progressed to the clinic - Experience in collaborations with external research groups
