Responsibility :
- Collaborate with market leaders to understand future technology needs, provide reporting, and manage deployments.
- Ensure the corporate office's technology is operational at all times, providing necessary support.
- Assist store employees with technical issues, potentially traveling to stores for troubleshooting.
- Engage in technical discussions with senior leaders, including the head of Japan, about ongoing technical projects and incidents.
- Work effectively with colleagues from various countries.
