ThisAQP groupis a team that engages in verifying and reviewing whether products meet design objectives and customer-required functionalities across various new product developments, including those for the mobile market such as smartphones and tablets.

Additionally, the team works tomitigatepotential risks to quality, environment, and safety, andis alsoresponsible for quality assessmentsfromprototype development stagetoearly mass productionstage.

The team consists of seven engineers in total, who possess a wide range of experience and knowledge not only in quality-related tasks but also in product design and engineering.

Furthermore, there are many projects for overseas customersand / orat overseasfactories,so we can provide a workenvironment that fosters growth indiversity,includingopportunitiesfor international business trips.

What You Will Do

• Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) : Engage in activities to prevent the occurrence of defects in new product development by collaborating with other departments.
• Creation of Process Inspection Plan : Develop appropriate inspection content by understanding the product functions (including customer applications).
• Quality Assessment and Problem Solving : Propose and implement solutions, in collaboration with related departments, from the prototype stage to ensure a smooth transition to mass production.
• Customer Support : In the event of a problem happened at customers, collaborate with related departments to visit and report to them and follow up until the effectiveness of improvements is confirmed.
• Global Collaboration : Collaborate globally not only with overseas customers but also with members from Molex overseas plants, sales, and customer quality teams.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

lGood communication skills with domestic and international customers, suppliers, and Molex employees (Japanese : Native level, English : Business level beginner or higher)

lKnowledge and experience in the manufacturing process of connectors and / or related electronic components

lKnowledge and experience in the design and / or development process from concept to production

lKnowledge and experience in quality-related documents and / or quality control (QC seven tools)

lProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Japanese ：　Native level

English ：　Business Level、Lower Business Level

What Will Put You Ahead

lKnowledge of geometric tolerances and drawings

lExperience and knowledge in reliability testing and data analysis

Proficiency in operating 3D CAD (software-agnostic) and skills in designing PCBs and jigs
