About the Role
We offer an exciting opportunity to join a high performing team as a Business Development Manager in Tokyo. The role will be focused on developing new business as well as maintain existing business. The ideal individual should be goal orientated and comfortable working within a high pressured and fast paced environment.
Responsibilitity
- Identifying new business and growing existing accounts in Japan
- Identifying new and solvable problems whilst working with internal resources to deliver new complex solutions
- Adapting Cirium’s sales processes and 3C Selling principles across a defined sector
- Managing a book of business to achieve sales objectives and plan strategies to ensure a consistent flow of business
- Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, as Appropriate
- Managing efficiently a portfolio of customers to optimize client satisfaction, engagement, and retention
- Building long term strategic accounts plans designed to maximize existing revenue streams whilst demonstrating ROI to the client
Requirements
Have a minimum 2-4 years of B2B data sales or solution sales experience with effective prospecting skills.Have experience in managing entire sales cycles while developing effective client relationships.Have a proven track record of high performance and achieving sales target both in the perspective of analysis and techAble to travel for key prospect visits and conferences as well as internal meetings
