Job Summary :

Responsible for overseeing operations and administrative functions, including revenue management, planning and executing promotions, maintaining and enhancing the quality of service and cuisine, and managing overall team performance.

Essential Requirements :

Experience as an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage in a luxury hotel

Minimum of 3 years managerial experience in the Food & Beverage department

Native-level proficiency in Japanese and Business-level proficiency in English

Basic computer skills required
