About the Role :
Reporting to the director of corporate sales, the Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for managing an existing sales team based in our Japan Office. The Corporate Team will be focused on growth within the Corporate / Commercial segments and compliment the success that our existing Enterprise and Mid-Market Teams have been having in Japan. The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training and leading a team of Corporate Account Executives.
Additionally, the Corporate Sales Manager needs to build go-to-market plans for the growth of our subscription-based Falcon Platform solution, establish sales best practices, overachieve quota while ensuring forecasting and attainment are accurate. We are seeking a candidate that possess sound leadership, strong communication skills and is passionate about the team's growth and development. It's crucial that this Corporate Sales Manager believes in leveraging sales tools to be successful, have proven sales skills (soft selling), highly motivated and sound motivational techniques.
