職務内容の詳細You will be paired with a manager and assistant manager to manage the hotel. Reservation reception, check-in and check-out, breakfast service Recruitment, training and management of part-time staff Simple accounting work, etc. Clearance of scope of legally required changes to job content : Hotel management work You have at least 1 year experience within a Business Controller / Commercial Manager or Business Manager / Chief of Staff role, ideally within the Hospitality industry. You possess excellent communication and business-facing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively. You are a strong networker & relationship builder You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
