Description
GENERAL PURPOSE
150~200MUSDの日本における購買支出額について、統括部内のメンバーやAPACのソーシングチームと連携しながら購買関連業務をリードします。具体的には調達プロセスとガバナンス、オペレーション効率と改善、コスト削減、キャッシュ改善、資本管理、サプライベース最適化、サプライヤー管理、品質・納期サポート、取引先のサービスレベル向上など、日本における購買目標を多角的に達成することで、ビジネスリーダーやステークホルダーの期待に応えビジネスの成長に貢献する役割を担います。
JOB REQUIREMENTS
SCM部などと協業しながらサプライチェーンの最適化を進める。
P&Lへ貢献する。
APACのマテリアルチームと協業し、日本のビジネスが求めるサービスレベルの向上に努める。
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
MBAがあれば尚可。
5-10年程度の購買経験、もしくはBEMS・電気産業・建設業界での職務経験。
