Job Description :

The Global Supply Chain Direct Spend Category Management team at Entegris is an integral function charged with enabling Entegris’ global supplier category plans and business growth objectives, while satisfying some of the world’s largest and most demanding semiconductor customers.

We are currently seeking a dynamic Senior Specialist for Direct Category Management based in Japan to join our team. In this global role, you will report directly to the Snr Manager, Japan Direct Procurement, and your primary responsibilities are as following;

Responsibilities :

• Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers while also developing new suppliers and selecting the optimal ones. Negotiate and finalize contracts such as NDAs, supply agreements, and inventory contracts.
• Participate in specification discussions with suppliers, optimizing capacity, lead time, and pricing.
• Handle negotiations to shorten lead times and reduce costs.
• Conduct supplier audits together with the Supplier Quality team, including factory visits for operational audits.
• Respond to various inquiries from internal departments (procurement, development, and sales).
• Operate in line with globally determined KPIs.
