Responds to alI reservation requests and incoming calls in a courteous, efficient, professional and friendly manner in adherence to Swissotel Nankai Osaka standards
Follows-up on all voicemails and emails in a timely manner
Assists in providing reservation related training to applicable operational departments
Reviews group resumes each week and double checks VIP / staff reservations (rate, room type, billing, etc.) in PM for accuracy.
Performs all duties per the Reservations Daily / Weekly / Monthly checklist.
Researches and supports any / all Travel Agent commission inquiries
Leads by example in demonstrating high levels of guest service, teamwork and "stepping out of the box" where possible

Work Experience in a 4-5 star hotel in a similar role (Reservations Team)
Experience within Accor is desirable
English and Japanese written and verbal communication needed
Experience with systems like :
Opera Cloud
Resaweb
TL Lincoln
Table check
Ikyu Restaurants
Hot Pepper etc.
Need to be open to change in processes based on the need of the
Part of the International Accor global and hotel team.
