Appealing points :

  • Work with Leading Network Technologies : Gain hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware from top brands like Cisco and Juniper in dynamic data center environments.
  • Leverage Bilingual Skills in a Global Setting : Use your fluency in both Japanese (JLPT N1) and English to collaborate with international teams and third-party vendors.
  • Diverse Technical Exposure : Build skills across hardware logistics, ticket prioritization, co-location management, and on-site upgrade support with occasional travel opportunities.

Annual Salary : 6  million yen and above

Job Qualifications :

  • Troubleshooting experience in a variety of brands off compute, storage and network hardware including Cisco, Juniper etc
  • Good communication skills to work with multiple 3rd party vendors
  • Experience working with data center, Co-Lo providers shipping and remote hands services – specifically CISCO products
  • Ability to handle multiple tickets at one time, while being able to re-prioritize new incoming high priority tickets
  • Knowledge of TCP / IP networking and common networking terms
  • Knowledge of network cabling, optic types
  • Travel on need basis – for supporting the data center HW / SW related upgrades & issues

    • Japanese Language :  Japanese Fluent level (JLPT N1) and English fluent level.
